We are currently reviewing the thresholds for which we seek/obtain Board of Directors approval on contract awards, contracts and spend. The questions we have in support of this are:
- Do you report only contracts or vendor spend to your Board of Directors?
- What is the threshold for reporting contract to your Board?
- What is the threshold for seeking approval to award/contract?
- What other provisions or exceptions do you have in your policy i.e. operational contracts do not require approval etc.
